Rental Agent Registration
Crystal Shores West owners are required to register guests for which they are providing Short Term Rentals (STR's), as defined by Washoe County as any rental less than 28 days to anyone other than immediate family members or relatives. The Crystal Shores West Association requires any person or company acting on behalf of an owner to rent or manage rentals for their unit to register with the Association and pay a $50.00 annual fee. Registering with the Association does not absolve the owner or agent from permitting their STR with Washoe County. This process can be reviewed at: https://www.washoecounty.gov/csd/planning_and_development/short_term_rentals/index.php Once the owner agent has been registered with the Association and Washoe County, each rental must be documented at least 7 days in advance of the rental term using the 'Renter Registration form on the public page at www.crystalshoreswest.com.
